At Little Cactus Sip & Play, our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for children to engage in indoor play while learning. We believe that play is an essential part of childhood development, and we strive to create an atmosphere where kids can explore, imagine, and create. Meanwhile, parents can relax and enjoy a coffee bar for parents, making it a perfect sip and play experience in Sycamore.

ARRIVAL & EXIT TIMES
Please arrive at your scheduled time to set up your décor for the event. The space must be vacated promptly at the end of your reserved time. Enjoy some downtime at our coffee bar for parents while your little ones explore the indoor play for kids.
DECOR RESTRICTIONS
You’re welcome to bring your own décor. For hanging garlands, balloon arches, or similar items, please use Command Hooks – nails, tape, or adhesives on walls are not allowed. Not permitted: glitter, confetti, pinatas, or alcohol. Smash cakes are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits for parties and private events are nonrefundable once booked. Events may be rescheduled once (within 3 months of the original date) with at least 20 days' notice. Reschedules made after this window will forfeit the deposit.
CLEANING POLICY
Guests hosting private events are responsible for keeping the venue tidy during and after the event. Clear tableware and dispose of trash in designated bins. Remove all personal items and decorations.
**No food or beverages are allowed in the play (black matted) area to ensure safety and hygiene, but feel free to take advantage of the coffee bar for parents nearby.**
