This is a safe space, always be kind to everyone you meet.

There are no shoes, snacks or drinks allowed on the black mat play area.

Socks are required. If socks were left at home we have grip socks available for purchase on site.

Children MUST be supervised by a parent or caregiver at ALL times inside the Little Cactus. Please encourage kind play!

If a toy goes inside a mouth - please place it in the "yuck" bucket for cleaning.

If you or your little are not feeling well, please stay home and rest up! Be fever (or symptom free) for 24 hrs. We love sharing, just not with our germs!

Keep an eye on your little and use toys appropriately! We are not responsible for any boo boo's or injuries and want to keep our toys safe.

We may capture your little for our social media updates, if you do not want your child photographed please let us know!

* You may stay as long as you'd like! If we are at compacity we ask that you be mindful of your time, so we don't have to turn any friends away.

* Online booking is encouraged, walk-in's are welcome! A waiver is to be signed at check-in.

Party Policy
ARRIVAL & EXIT TIMES

Please arrive at your scheduled time to set up décor. The space must be vacated promptly at the end of your reserved time.
DECOR RESTRICTIONS

You’re welcome to bring your own décor. For hanging garlands, balloon arches, or similar items, please use Command Hooks – nails, tape, or adhesives on walls are not allowed.

Not permitted: glitter, confetti, pinatas, or alcohol.
-
Smash cakes are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-
Deposits for parties and private events are nonrefundable once booked.
-
Events may be rescheduled once (within 3 months of the original date) with at least 20 days notice. Reschedules made after this window will forfeit the deposit.
CLEANING POLICY
-
Guests hosting private events are responsible for keeping the venue tidy during and after the event.

Clear tableware and dispose of trash in designated bins.
-
Remove all personal items and decorations.
** No food or beverages are allowed in the play (black matted) area to ensure safety and hygiene.**
